Help the access community find your organisation and events: standard listings are free and open to relevant organisations and event organisers, although options exist to enhance your visibility.
We list organisations that are directly relevant to international and national access professionals, for example access consultants, HEOR agencies and scientific writers. To keep our service as helpful as possible to our members we do not include general business service providers.
Likewise our conferences, workshops, training sessions and other events address topics of interest to access professionals, although these may be quite broad.
Adding an organisation
Listing your organisation in our Directory is free. You can identify what type of organisation it is, the services offered and geographic specialisation. You have your own dedicated web page with the option to add a short description of what you do, along with your contact details.
If you represent an organisation already listed in the Directory and it is unclaimed, we encourage you to click on the 'Claim this organisation' button at the bottom of its dedicated web page. You will be asked to create a free membership if you haven't already done so, and you'll be able to provide further details about the organisation and its services. If you do not represent the organisation but want to give us information about it, please share the details via the Contact page.
If there is no listing we encourage you to set up a Directory listing corporate subscription: a free version exists if you do not need access to the Briefings. This lets you enter and maintain the organisation’s details so the entry appears as you wish.
If you would like to add further details to the short description on your organisation's dedicated Directory web page, for example to expand on the services you offer or your geographic scope, feel free to get in touch via the Contact page to discuss promotional packages. An enhanced listing makes your organisation thumbnail appear towards the top of the list when a member searches for a potential supplier, and sponsors are listed on the home page and newsletter.

Adding an event
To add a new event or adjust an existing one, please share the details via the Contact page. A standard event listing is free, and comes with its own dedicated event page. This gives the event dates and location, as well as a link to the event web page.
If you are the event organiser, consider listing your organisation in the Directory so that attendees can find out more about you and get in touch - sign up to a Directory listing subscription.
If you would like to add further details than the short description already in the calendar, feel free to get in touch via the Contact page to discuss promotional packages. An enhanced listing gives your event's thumbnail more prominence and sponsors are listed on the home page. It also allows you to include more detail on the event page, for example if you would like to inform potential attendees about your event agenda and speaker information.
